About the Role
We’re hiring a Warranty & After Sales Coordinator to manage all aspects of warranty operations for agricultural machinery—tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and more. You’ll ensure timely, accurate claims, uphold manufacturer policies, and deliver exceptional after-sales service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full warranty lifecycle, from claim intake to resolution.

Evaluate and authorise claims in line with manufacturer and company policies.

Manage invoicing for whole goods and ensure timely processing.

Monitor and report on workshop performance using KPIs.

Coordinate technical training and apprenticeship programmes for workshop staff.

Maintain compliance with warranty procedures and documentation standards.

Analyse warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Act as the main contact for after-sales enquiries, resolving issues promptly.

Keep detailed records of claims, parts usage and labour hours.

Generate reports on costs, trends and operational efficiency.

Stay up to date on new machinery models and updates.
About You

Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Excellent communication skills; confident working with manufacturers, service teams and customers.

Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
